- Argues that certain problems within phenomenology have begun to dominate recent architectural thinking, especially within Central and Eastern Europe, and questions whether such a potentially nostalgic and limiting approach has much contemporary relevance. Maintains that what the new Europe needs is a more flexible approach towards architecture, more responsive to the fluidity and flux of today's society, and one that is more in tune with present day technological conditions. ;
