- Describes two historical buidings in the northern Molise region, that underwent restoration (early 1990s) by the Soprintendenza archeologica e per i beni ambientali, architettonici, artistici e storici del Molise: i.e., the 17th-c. church of S. Amico in S. Pietro Avellana, and the Palazzo Nuonno in Agnone. In the first case, examines the early medieval foundations (i.e., the remains of a Benedictine monastery) of the church that were uncovered during the restorations. In the second, identifies architectural elements from various construction phases (13th-19th cs.) of the palace. ;
