The conservator describes the restoration of the painting Noli me tangere (Cividale del Friuli, Museo nazionale archeologico) by Pordenone through the construction of a new support he calls a 'harmonic frame,' which blocks micro-movements (and the consequent strain on the canvas) caused by thermo-hygrometric variations. ;
