- Publishes and describes a thin silver disc with a relief of a lion passant left within a quatrefoil and outer, circular border, found in a field in Shifnal. It was probably produced by striking from a copper alloy die, and would have decorated a piece of metalwork. Dates it to the 13th c. ;
