- Discusses the establishment of lithographic printing offices in The Hague and Brussels with a privilege from King Willem I by the Frenchman Duval de Mercourt, and their brief and unsuccessful history. The printing office in The Hague was carried on by Duval's assistant DaniÎl Abrahams until 1832. Appendices include a list of lithographs printed by Duval and Abrahams. ;
