Il était proche des familles aristocratiques de Presov et a développé une activité de mécène en vue d'asseoir sa réputation. L'auteur analyse les illustrations de ses ouvrages dues à Israel Hiebner, Matthäus Küsel, Christian Hermann Roth von Rothenfels et Johannes Croner. ;
