- Discusses The decade show: frameworks of identity in the 1980s, an exhibition organized by three New York City museums (1990): Studio Museum, Museum of Contemporary Hispanic Art, New Museum of Contemporary Art. The exhibition provided a survey of American art of the past decade by artists seldom included in mainstream institutions. Representing a diverse body of minorities, women, and marginalized social groups, the exhibition focused on issues involving cultural diversity, race, sexuality, and gender. ;
